Terms and conditions

  1. Registration for this event is free with admission to the Slovenian Summer Camp. No lunch will be provided.
  2. Online registration will close on August 15, 2025 at 23:59.
  3. If a participant can no longer take part in the event, the organizer respectfully asks to contact her at least 24 hours prior to the event by replying to the confirmation email.  There are no substitutions.  Event organizer will replace participants.
  4. All participants are expected to report to the Volleyball Courts at 9:15 am.  The event organizer reserves the right to replace a participant if the participant is not present at this time.
  5. The event organizers and the committee of the Slovenian Summer Camp are not liable for any injuries incurred during the tournaments.
  6. Participants/volunteers are to behave in a sportsman-like manner and with respect to each other.
  7. Slovenian Sumer Camp has and enforces a “no dogs allowed” policy for all visitors.  Please leave your pets at home.
  8. Participants/volunteers may be photographed during the event.  The photographs may be posted on the SSC website or used in other SSC media, printed material or documents.  Participant’s name will appear on the Participant List on the event page.  No names will be associated with any photo.
