Youth 12 and under play from 8:45 AM to 11:00 AM.

Youth 13-19 play from 11:45 to 2:00 PM.

Terms and conditions

  1. Registration for this event is free.
  2. Online registration will close on August 14, 2025 at 23:59.
  3. If a participant can no longer take part in the event, the organizer respectfully asks to contact him at least 24 hours prior to the event by replying to the confirmation email.  There are no substitutions.  Event organizer will replace participants.
  4. The tournament start time for youth 12 and under is 8:45 am at the Hall and will run until 11:00 am.  The tournament start time for youth 13 to 19 is 11:45 am at the Hall and will run until 2:00 pm.
  5. The participants are asked to wear running shoes and comfortable attire.  No sandals or flip flops.
  6. The event organizers and the committee of the Slovenian Summer Camp are not liable for any injuries incurred during the tournaments.
  7. Participants/volunteers are to behave in a sportsman-like manner and with respect to each other.
  8. Slovenian Sumer Camp has and enforces a “no dogs allowed” policy for all visitors.  Please leave your pets at home.
  9. Participants/volunteers may be photographed during the event.  The photographs may be posted on the SSC website or used in other SSC media, printed material or documents.  Participant’s name will appear on the Participant List on the event page.  No names will be associated with any photo.
